联德急讯：出口沙特货物2022年1月5日起强制要求SASO Rohs环保测试要求

联德据沙特标准、计量和质量局(SASO)于2021年11月1日发布的最新通知，SASO RoHS电子电气设备中有害物质使用限制技术法规将于2022年1月5日强制实施，该法规将成为以下法规适用产品的强制性补充要求：

– 机械安全法规

– 低电压法规

– 通讯设备法规

According to the latest notification from SASO on 1^st Nov 2021, SASO RoHS regulation will be implemented on 5^th Jan 2022, which will become a mandatory supplementary requirement for the products regulated by the following technical regulations:

l  Technical Regulation for Machinery Safety

l  Gulf Technical Regulation for low voltage Electrical Equipments and Appliances

l  Technical Regulation for Telecommunications Devices

在强制日期之后，这些法规包含的相关产品已签发的有效期内的符合性证书必须包含符合RoHS要求的技术文件，以免证书在saber系统被暂停。

After the implementation date, the issued PCoCs of related products regulated by these regulations that are within the validity period shall include technical files compliant with SASO RoHS requirement to avoid the certificate being suspended in Saber system.

RoHS强制产品范围如下，主要涉及海关编码前两位为84、85、90、91和94的电子电气装置和设备：

1. 家用电器
2. 信息和通讯技术设备
3. 照明设备
4. 电动工具
5. 玩具、娱乐和运动设备
6. 监控工具

The mandatory product scope of SASO RoHS regulation is shown as below, mainly relating to products with HS Heading 84, 85, 90, 91 and 94:

1. Large and Small Home Appliances
2. Information and Communication Technology Equipment
3. Lighting Equipment
4. Electric Tools
5. Games, Entertainment and Sports Equipment
6. Monitoring and Control tool

电子电气设备中使用的有害物质和限值要求：

Maximum Permissible Concentration Values by Weight in Homogeneous Materials for Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Devices
