沙特标准、计量和质量组织(SASO)于2023年11月17日发布的《电磁兼容性技术法规》于2024年5月17日正式执行。
法规旨在规定设备电磁兼容性的标准要求并确定供应商应遵守的合格评定程序,确保产品符合保护用户环境、健康和安全的基本要求,并促进市场监督程序。根据合格评定程序,沙特进口商在Saber平台申请清关证书PCOC和SCOC时,应提供供应商合格声明和EMC测试报告以证明产品满足技术法规。
该技术法规适用于附录Annex I所列的标准定义相关术语的设备(请参考下图法规原文):
