100 years. It’s truly incredible how much can change in a century—the breakthroughs, discoveries, and inventions that can alter the course of history and impact everyday life. The last century has been no exception. Staggering progress has been made that few could have predicted, from the speed and comfort with which we travel, to the buildings where we live and work, to the numerous products, systems, and services
that add ease and efficiency to our lives.

For all that has changed, one thing has remained constant: CSA Group’s unrelenting commitment to safety and steady presence supporting the protection of people and the environment.

Through the standards developed with our 10,000 members and the work of our testing, inspection, and certification subsidiaries, we have been there for 100 years to provide guidance, knowledge, and peace of mind, helping to ensure that safety always accompanies innovation.

That sense of purpose and duty is why we exist. It drives everything we do—and it has since our founding in 1919.
